Girard Studio Fine Art Prints

IMG_4203Fine art wood blocks feature Alaskan birds and animals, from the majestic moose to the flitting chickadee, bohemian waxwing, and ubiquitous raven.  Francois Girard moved to Alaska in 1993.  He began to paint the birds and animals around him and now shares these wood blocks with us.

J & I Handcrafted Jewelry

IMG_2697Contemporary jewelry designed by Ian Gibson and completely handmade in his studio in Philadelphia, PA. His background in geology led to a fascination with metals and a desire to work with his hands. He combines gemstones, pearls and precious metals to create organic designs with an artisanal essence. Bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings abound in our curated selection of J & I Jewelry.

Bookbinding MaterialsTo meet the needs of the growing community of book makers, we selected tools such as a teflon folder, conservation brushes, a rule set, weights, and a trim rule for perfect corners. We also carry a variety of handmade papers. One bookmaker recently purchased metal garland from our store and used it together with paper purchased here to make an elegant bookcover.

Created by Bob and Corina Neher and handcrafted in their pottery studio, these mugs are popular the world over. Each mug is available in a right and left handed version and holds 14 ounces. Mugs are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe and are lead-free. Available here in Misty Green, Mossy Creek, Ocean Tide, Mystic Waters and Purple Passion.

Wildcat Lake Pottery

Her work is influenced greatly by her travels.? In Korea, China and Japan she visited several potters and learned their techniques and sources of inspiration.? Caralyn has been a member of two pottery co-ops, and has exhibited in numerous galleries over the years.? Caralyn maintains her studio at Wildcat Lake in Bremerton, Washington where she is influenced by her natural surroundings.?? wildcat-lake-pottery1

About the Pottery:? Porcelain pieces are designed by molding leaves, driftwood and water lilies from Wildcat Lake and high fired in an electric kiln.? They are airbrushed with lead-free glazes.? Ikebana Arrangers are available in both high fire and raku.? Raku glazes are fired in a propane kiln and reduced in a can with newspapers.? Wildcat Lake Pottery is food safe, oven proof and microwave safe.
